Self Collection 

• We will contact you once you have selected self collection option

• We will then arrange at a timing for you to self collect at our warehouse

• If you need the product urgently , please drop us a what’s app 

Delivery 

• Once payment is made, delivery will reach your doorstep in 2 to 3 business days

• For urgent same day delivery , do drop us a what’s app for us to arrange special same day delivery ( extra charges applies ) 

• Tracking Number will be notified to you and you may log into our courier company’s website at https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel 

• You received a notification that your order has been delivered but you did not receive the order , just drop is a what’s app 

• Delays in delivery do occur after public holidays so do place your orders earlier in advance
